We’ve missed a bunch of meetings in the Silicon Valley area over the last few months while I was wrapped up in some other things. I am no longer wrapped however! So I’ve been putting some effort into getting the meetings back up and going again. Thanks to everyone who sent emails offering sponsorships or meeting space to get the meetings going again. It was definitely very motivating to hear from folks how much they wanted to see the events keep going.

I tend to get wrapped up in stuff pretty often however, and I wanted to make sure I’m not the single point of failure for the events going forward. So I’ve asked two people who have done wonderful things with MoMo events in other areas, and who spend time in the Bay Area these days, to help out with the events. Kate Imbach helped to start and is currently organizing the MoMo events in Boston. And Mario Tapia was running the Los Angeles events before he moved up to San Francisco. If you don’t already know either of them, just grab me at the next event and I’ll be happy to introduce you.

Kate is already up and running setting up the May and June events and should have the info posted within the next few days. We’re all looking forward to getting things going again, hope to see you all soon,
